About the portal
The Pathogens Portal is a platform for sharing data and analysis results on infectious diseases. The portal is designed to be a regional hub for researchers, public health officials, and the general public to access and share data on infectious diseases.
The Pathogen Portal Nodes (PPN) will be a part of the Pathogen Data Network (PDN) working in collaboration with Central Pathogens Portal. For more information about PPN and PDN checkout this onboarding material.
The Spanish Pathogens Portal Node provides a single access point for pathogen-related data and projects across the national health institute.
The Portal is operated by the Institute of Health Carlos III and partners.
